I'm building a 70x50 right now. Hopefully I'll be able to get some pics up in a few weeks when it's done.

Here is our show barn.

8 stalls, 10x12 ea.  Stall gates can fasten together to create very big stalls that are great for weaning calves and you aren't ready to put them by theirselves yet.

We use Johnson concrete automatic water troughs.

Biggest mistake is the washrask is only 10' wide and that isn't big enough for large calves and still have plenty of room to walk behind them.

In progress, 40' x 40', 4 pens(10' x 20'), large 15' x 40' area.  48' x 40' turn out area covered in mesquite trees(SHADE).  With the roof on photos are from the north and south, without the roof on it is looking from west to east.

All I know is when you bite the bullet to build. Decide on how big you want it and then just go ahead right then and there and double the size. LOL, I work out of two simply because I made the same mistake twice. Jezzz, you would think I would have learned the first time around.
