Showmanship help

Hi, I have been showing cattle for a few years but am finally starting to get more competitive in showmanship.  I was wondering if anyone had any advice on showmanship, particularly the judge's questions.  I'm not really sure what other people answer compared to me.  Any advice/help is appreciated!

Without knowing what questions you have been asked, or your answers to them I would say.  Be very knowledgeable about you calf, adg, parts, your calves positive and negative characteristics. With the cattle market at all time highs I would definitely be prepared for a price question.

When you show you want the judge to notice you and not your calf. Your animal should be able to set itself up without you having to do anything. Watch the judge. Most questions will be about your animal. Sire, Dam, Weight, birthdate, what would you change, what do you like.
