What bull can be bred to good commercial angus and sim  angus cows and make high quality replacment females to sell or be used as maternal clubby mommas
Want calves to be stylish  and highly marketable, good front ends and more thickness than your avg angus

Even though they are new, I like GCC Whizard, Kroupa's Simple Math, and Backlash. If I had more cows I would use them.

What about Cut Above, the simmi bull being promoted by Morris?  He looks like a real cow changer and the real deal.
Plus, his pedigree is a bit different from the standard "simmi bloodlines".
So what does everything think of him?

I have use Olie and Ranchhand. Both are easy calving bulls but I like the Olie calves the best--he makes them thicker. Ranchhand may reduce the frame too much for Angus or SimAngus cows.  I have also used Mo Better on Angus cows and got some really nice baldies.  Starpower would work on some bigger framed, deep bodied Angus and SimAngus cows.

SOS hands down.  The simangus heifer calves from my SOS son from Willie Morris bested my expectations.  Easy calving, easy doing clubby females.  A lot of the cows that sold through Brad Hook's No Bull sale were bred SOS.  That fact alone should make a guy think a bit about the bull.

I agree.  If breeding for cows, isn't it best to think of the bull as a way of transmitting the genetics of a great cow (his dam, granddam, great grand dam, etc).  Hairietta is arguably the best club calf cow of all time.
