Simmi bull Hammer

Does anyone have any Simmental Hammer calves on the ground yet?  We put some embryos in recips last summer and are expecting two calves shortly and am very excited. Just curious if anyone has had calves yet. If so pics would be great or let me know how they look.

We had a nice baldy heifer yesterday out of a third calver. Unassisted and calf was up right away. We are happy with her so far, but excited to see how she looks in a couple of months.

Here is a pic of our Hammer heifer in the stall yesterday. She's not the prettiest fronted, but she's got tons of power. We really like her.

What is her Dam side?  She looks nice.  We have a Broker calf we will be showing this year.  She is a February 25 and we thought she was big but now I dont think so.  How much do you think your heifer weighs? Our Hammer calf is quite small but it is a late spring.  It has nice body shape but not very tall in the hip height category.  We seem to have a problem with that on our farm.  I dont quite understand though as mother was very growthy and I believe Hammer is as well. Will see how she looks later in the spring and summer.
