I figured some of you would like to see Sin City mature........these were taken at Hively's in Ohio, who now own breeding rights on him, and emailed me the pics.  He's hangin' together pretty good for an old bull I thought.

Thanks for the pic of a mature Sin City. He really looks impressive. I can not think of many sires who puts a better udder on his daughters than he does.I love the daughters I have in my herd. Up until now, I had only seen the yearling pic of him, and I have often wondered what he looked like as a mature bull. After seeing this, I may just use him again.

We have an all white Sin City bull, Tommy Boy. He still looks great and he's 5 or 6 yrs old now. He's had great calves, super temperament, great hair etc. We had a full brother to him last spring, we steered him and he's huge! Planning on showing a nice shorthorn plus red roan heifer and an all white pb heifer from him this upcoming year.

Thanks for posting that Brad, he looks great!

I never really got Sin City to connect on my cows wen I tried him the first year they offered him for sale here but I think my dad still has a daughter or two in his herd.

He looks exceptional in that picture anyway!

Hes stouter than I thought hed be-and you just dont see em-K-Kim Castlerock should have been a bull like that by pedigree-you never see him-semen is off the market-etc.Been around Shorthorns for 20 years this go-too many hidden issues for me any more-they had some momentum-but the IT club decided to exclude 90 percent of the little  breeders, which are the core of Shorthorn Breeders. Un fortunately in the US-Shorthorns are hobby cattle.-and as a result-everythings pretty much the same,-and alot of the so-called performance data-aint nothin but B&^^%#sh$%&*T -The Clubby-maine- Red Angus-Char-cattle are by far the most improved "breed" available-and for the most part-the people Ive been exposed to with x-breds etc  will tell it like it is as much as anyone else. He seems like he adds a tick of size on his calves. But looking at him the picture doesn't make him seem that big. Nice mature pic though.
