Thanks for your interest in slider.  It is hard to tell exactly how many slider calves will be born this year but he was very well received as a yearling.  All of our slider calves have been in the 60s on birth weight and have came easily on heifers.  He is a negetive birth weight EPD bull with a very solid CED. Small calves are to be expected.  He is a direct son of Northern Improvement out of a Duff New Edition dam.  His grand dam is an EXAR Lutton giving him a second shot of Northern Improvement.  Our calves appear very attractive on the profile, sound structured with good bone for angus sired calves.  They have a good square hip and have been long fronted.  When you study his pedigree, He will be a proven calving ease bull that will make some valuable females.  I was able to see slider in person last weekend and he is an impressive individual. You can PM me if you have any questions. Thanks.

We had 2 Slider calves this year out of first calf heifers. One is out of a Hammer daughter that we are keeping a bull and the other is a heifer out of a Lut daughter. We are very pleased with how they are developing.

Slider is a proven calving ease sire. Many breeders from across the country are finding him to be extremely predictable for calving ease and the quality of his offspring has been outstanding. Slider has sired 4 National Champions to date.  Thank you to all the breeders who have trusted Slider in their breeding program.
