This is the only steel force i have seen and i saw this guy at about 4 months and he was far from unimpressive.  I also saw steel force him self and would think he would work well on small framed clean fronted angus cows needing mass, muscle, bone. ( then again what good simmy bull doesnt). I would have used him but couldnt talk my self into paying for his semen but i will definatley use Chopper( pictured).

Thats what I've heard too, but that was only a couple of people and their opinions of the calves, so their opinions might be different from mine or yours. Chopper looks good though!!! I haven't seen any personal, thats just what I heard.

There is a 100% full brother to steel force available. You could use him and save the big moo-lah!

The American Simmental Association shows 8 registered calves out of Sheza Beauty L901 (Steel Force Dam)

A split of 4 bulls and 4 heifers.

The 4 bulls are

Steel Force

A 2006 bull named RTC Cowboy 86S
A 2007 bull named HS/HSF Exchange Rate owned by Grisowld and Ratcliff
A 2008 bull named HSF/HS U812

Only Steel Force lists any registered progeny.

Ok, I will share. (Didn't mean to be mean. Just playing around!!)

His name is American Dream. He is owned by a guy not far from me. He has been DNA'd, verified, and all that other stuff. He is on the market, although I am not sure he has been "promoted" much. He is 2-3 years old I think. So not many progeny probably.

I will ask the owner to see if he wants me to reveal his name, although I think with the bulls name you can probably find it.

Was also told he is deeper, and thicker than steel force.  But a tad more throaty. Was told his progeny will have more middle and bigger foot than steel force.  I guess I might have an opinion in about 8 months!

I'll bite, why would a guy not promote the heck out of a full sib to Steel Force. Look @ what has happened with Star Power, a 3/4 sib. Brent

I do not know how much Star Power really benefitted from Steel Force. I would suggest that most people had heard of Star Power before Steel Force as the promotion started on Star Power in spring 2007 with that awesome picture.  Most people never heard of Steel Force until after Griswold bought him late in 2007 and started to promote him.

Jen are you positive that your neighbor's bull is a full sib to Steel Force?  It just seems strange that given the pedigree he does not appear to be papered.
