Stupid question

Have any of you used Sunglo's Man Up product? On their website it says mix 8oz with 150 Ml water, so is it a drench or top dress?

I'm sure someone much smarter with feeds will pitch in.

So we bought a bucket of it and it took some getting use to but I believe it was worth the investment. The calf loved it, you mix it per the directions and mix it into the feed. What surprised me most was that the calf actually liked it best just licking it off my daughter's hand, lots of sugar. Would I use it again I'm not sure, but a good learning experience.
