sweating tips or techniques? also CharXClubby?

Hey guys,
I have a breeding heifer that might be getting a touch too throaty, any comments on how i should be sweating her out? or any tricks of the trade? Also i have a few average size PB char cows i am looking to breed clubby, any suggestions? hoping for some real thick calves with awesome fronts and HAIR!
