I'd try walks alone

I love Walks Alone, but if you want to keep the chrome I'd look else where. Iv'e breed 7 or 8 cows just like this the last two years to him and he de-chromed everyone of them. You are more likely to get a solid red one than chrome.

If you don't mind a PHA carrier Paddy O' Malley has always worked for me on these type of cows, and he will chrome one up quit often. And I love the heifers

I am a newbie too and i see suggestions of shorthorn and maybe blue roan! I saw a picture of a bull that may be in Trauschs line up of a blue roan bull Sull Flat Good! I kinda mentioned him before but nobody really said what they thought! I did some further checking and he has The stockman 365 and vegas on sire side through sull blue and the dam side is sul tamale! I know he is not proven and just wondered what people thought as i have similar cows too!

Wade has posted some nice man amongst boys calves I just don't think he got advertised enough which led to not getting used as much

Well the kids, I think, have made the executive decision last night.  They want to shoot for a smoke.  I know there is no guarantee, but between comments on here and info from a good friend who uses him a lot, I think this go around we are going to try Alias.  I've heard with this crossing we can have just about anything color wise, from cream, to smoke, to red to black.
If it were me I would still try Man Among Boys or Bodacious :)
I'm really glad I posted pics and appreciate everyone's help.  I will be posting some pics of the kids' heifer soon to ask for some help picking a heifer bull.
Thanks, Ryan

I think this stud would work excellant, http://www.selectsiresbeef.com/index.php?option=com_php&Itemid=114&id=79&breed=Brahman we could make some brafords ;) But seriously, I like the hereford steer I think shelby will do really well with him at the fair. I have a heifer (who I bought) out of Beb Juneau and on the dam side the sire is Hotspot. This is the only photo I could find http://www.championgenetics.com/AvailSemen/hotSpot.htm.  The cow I have out of him is pretty neat check him out. Rainmaker is another I think would work, http://bullbarn.com/clubepdtest.asp?ID=564  and another I hear alot about would be eye candy. This one is another who I think might work, http://bullbarn.com/clubepdtest.asp?ID=467 (jimmy the greek) And this is one I like but was shot down http://bullbarn.com/clubepdtest.asp?ID=727 (Cowboy casanova). Of all those bulls I think rainmaker would be your best bet for color. See you Friday!
