Just thought that I would thank Josh for taking time out his busy schedule to show  us his cattle north of Garber,Ok. last Thursday. I didn't make Denver this last yr. & was wanting to see Ivy League. Josh had just picked him up the day B4 we got there and had slick sheared the bull, for those that think that he was all hair, I can say that he was not and is extremely complete. I really can very rarely find a bull that I can't find one or two things that I would change. This bull is one that I really can't say that I found anything that I would change. I thought by his picture that he may have been a little strait, but not. He walked like a cat. Some might say that he is too small, but I think that he'll be a very legit 5.5 frame which I can use here. I saw a ful-sib heifer mate that was also very complete. Josh also has a Hannibal x 626 donor cow that is very good, 4 flushmate heifers and a good New Look x Ali that will develope into quite a good bull. Again Josh thanks for your time. I think that I have all of the matings strait, but if not Josh can possibly correct me. We were in too big of a hurry as usual. Brent

Well it was a pleasure to show Brent and his son around the place.  We are very excited to see what his calves look like next spring.  The heifers that are out of hannibal are out of the pot of gold cow.  The bull calf is a new look out of libby, the full sib to Gregory's national champion and the heifer they sold half of for 28,000, that's a daughter of Habanero.  He AWESOME, I think.  We are also excited to announce that we have purchased the majority of Lecil Church's remaining shorthorn herd.  We will be turning Ivy League in on them and are very excited about this opportunity.  We want to thank Lecil and his family for all the hard work they have put into these cows and are very thankful for this opportunity.  So more calves out of Ivy next spring!!

I am very pleased that Josh has worked hard and will soon have Ivy League semen in Canada as well as the US. Congrats Josh on getting the Church herd. Sounds like you are taking the fast lane to the top!  Good luck, and keep us posted with how Ivy League develops. I have liked this bull since you first posted his baby picture on SP. The good ones usually have "the loo" as babies, and he certainly did.

Hey josh!! Glad to hear you purchased the Lecil Church cows. Besides Diamond Leggs daughters, what else did you get? We've got Ivy League semen in the tank, and was asked if we would sell it already. Hope Ivy mates up well with your new cows...JOHN

We are very excited to have Semen shipped to Canada soon on Ivy League.  If anyone is interested in Candian Semen justintime will be the only distributor.  Give him a call and he will be able to take care of you.  We are toying with the Idea of taking him back to Denver this year.  We think it would be fun to run him back up there and let everyone see him again after a year of maturing.

To the New Look Bull calf.  His momma is a sib to the heifers that Gregorys won junior nationals with and then Denver.  The one that won Denver sold for 28,000 for half interst in the sale on the hill.  Yes he is for sale, he will paper 1/4 blood maine, but he is primarily 3/4 angus on the other side, but he looks like a heatwave.  We like him A LOT!!

On the cows from Lecil, there are mostly Leggs Granddaughters, a full sister to Diamond Cutter and a Golden Boy.  The Golden boy cow is awesome, I also bought a black daughter of hers and another heifer out of her.  We are very excited about them mated up with Ivy League, well no more next spring I guess.  Well if you can make some money I could have always gotten you more semen!!  Thanks Joshua
