I know that this is pretty open ended, but what angus bull is putting it all together?  Northern Improvement, Lutton, Juneau, Midland and on and on?  What bull has the most use to make show heiferes with some grow?

I have seen some very impressive females out of all these but the one that puts it all together of these  in my mind would be Northern Improvement. Midland calves can be a little on the short side. I like the  luttons but have heard they can have big attitudes. One that you dont mention is sav traveler 004 who is imo hands down one of the best to sire good heifers that show, grow and make good mommas.

Are you looking for the most POPULAR angus bull or the BEST angus bull? There is a difference!

Bad attitude bloodlines include: Lucys boy, EXT, Lead On
I wouldn't use 004, or Lutton, or Lut.

I have seen a bunch, and own quite a few Neutron 377 daughters and LOVE them. Gentle, good mommas, fertile, easy keeping and gaining fools!

SS Traveler 6807 T510 is a super calving ease sire that creates calves that can make lots of money due to the fact they are easy keeping, fast gaining, and super gentle. Maybe not the prettiest, but can turn green grass into green money!

TC Freedom makes awesome calves that are super sytlish, yet can just flat "get it done!"

Anything from OCC is going to down size and yet add fleshing ability and gainability. Stylish but not "super pretty" and a bit on the small frame size if that is a concern.

If your after "beauty queen" pretty, ya can't beat the Northern Improvements and his sons.

Saugahatchee 3000C is known for functional females that can produce showring looks and commercial productivity.

For cows running around the pasture, I love the cattle from Sitz Ranch up in Montana.  We have a neighbor that has the best looking set of Sitz bred cows I've ever seen in a group of Angus.  We've started using some of their bulls.

There is one heck of a June 07 heifer getting showed in OK right now that is out of Northern Improvement and a Heat Wave cow.  She's registered Chi and she is one pretty little girl.  She beat the current TCCA point leader in the Chi heifers at a show a couple of months ago if that works as a reference point for you.  I know there are lots of examples from him, but I'm thinking of him for next year on some of our heavier muscled cross bred cows.
