is this the (Doc) bull that i have seen in some catalogs lately being the A.I. sire
Dr Clark calf pic is used often in Cattle vision ads of Captain Obvious. The 918 pic.

Dr Clark's grand dam is still going at HUB's in Kansas, approaching her 13th year. Text book udder I might ad too. His full sister produced the 329 "centerfold" in my recent post. Keep in touch with Matt and good number of calves are due any time now by DC and we should see are large group of Angus X this fall. I might add that his SC measurement at 10 mos was the largest in the pen too.

We are expecting our first calves out of him any day now.  First two will be SH+'s.  We are really excited.  (thumbsup)

Dr. Clark is looking good.
Sue  - you had to stay home to calve during Denver, you must have some exciting new ones to tell us about?

3 calves all on one day and way before denver??  We are starting to get feed back on bulls sold last year and that is for me the most exciting for me right now .  JR Ranch turned his out early and had calves this past December ( Foundation).  Matlocks will have a carload of bull calves for Denver 2012 ;)?? ( Ripper)?  Early use in Tx as well, Nordic made Brangus look like a beef animal. nice late fall group.
Late April and May travels will tell me more about CO Son's, but if the buyers are happy then so am I.

Doc Clark should have a very large group of F1 et Black babies this fall. His appeal so far has been with Black Angus breeders.

Sometimes we take the disposition of Shorthorn for granted, but this has been a huge selling point this past summer for us.  Needless to say. DC is right in the footsteps of a traditional shorthorn.

Sue, could you display photos of these Brangus crosses for our SP South-Texas citizens?

The Doc bull that you are talking about is Jeff Maas, Wade Rogers, Sievers, and I think that possibly Tim Heckman own together. He is sired by an OCC Doctor son.

You did get a red one!

Yea, she was a 84 lb calf out of that Contender/Ash Vally Kendra that I have.  I really like her.

The bull calf is out of the cow in my Avatar
