The Grove Kookaburra W735 is mentioned in several threads on SP. He has been used in many Australian herds and has very high accuracy EBV's. He is currently a trait leader for 7 traits and above average in 18 out of 20 traits in the Australian herd book. Only a limited amount of semen was brought to North America and I should have kept more of it. Recently we were able to get some back to use in flushes. The 3 calves showing in the US are the 3 that we own, 2 with Hatfield Shorthorns. Jaimie has three ET bull calves born this year that have not been registered yet. One is from a full Australian embryo and two are out of her Diamond Whitney Maid 14W cow.
I have attached pics of his current EBV's. Here is a link to his page.
Both Jaimie and Jacqueline were impressed with The Grove Kookaburra W735 daughters they saw in production in Australia.
These cows are producing some top herd sires. A couple of pics attached of grandsons.

When I look at those EBV's, who can ask for more!
Trait leader in all the important ones, the combination of EMA, positive fats and IMF is hard to beat in my book. Coupled to moderate/average mature weight and above average 200- and 400-day weights you should be on a good wicket.
Jaimie is potentially sitting on a gold mine, in my opinion, and you should have your sights on the full Aussie embryo calf. Maybe this should be your payback time!

Duncraggan as you point out his EBV's are exceptional and they are based on a large number of animals. He shows up in the breeding of a lot of top Australian bulls. I think for countries like Australia and the UK with their branded meat programs the combination of EMA, IMF and retail beef yield will become extremely important for bull selection!

Is there semen available on Kookoburra, or any of his sons?
I believe there is still semen to be found in Australia but The Grove Kookaburra W735 is deceased so there will be no more international semen available. The semen imported into Canada can't be exported to the US and there isn't much available in Canada. We only have a few straws left and have been using that in flushes. We have just finished collecting a son, Diamond Lord Belmore 56B, for the EU and will be offering the first semen for North America in the All Star Classic on October 22.  We used him on most of our cows this spring after calving our two year olds to him this year. Another son Diamond Belvedere 29B is in Manitoba at Hatfield Shorthorns and has only been collected for in herd use. We have three red 2016 Kookaburra sons that are looking very promising!
