Is this him?  If it is, compare him to let's say Deadliest Catch or Carp Diem?  Looking for a possible hereford colored bull next year.

Me personally I dont think there is any competition between him and The Classifier that elliotts sold A few weekes ago. Plus he is TH AND PHA FREE. He is so stout and so big footed. I dont think there is any comparison at all especially since they are around the same age. JMO

Where is his info and a picture or video or both?

Looking at the video of both the calf from Elliot's and Cambells I think they are both nice calves maybe best used on 2 different type cows, but very useful. I think Rodger's Deadliest Catch is my choice of these hereford marked bulls for my use. I am not saying he is better just think he will work on what I am breeding better.

OK, if I did this right, here are all four together. I have never seen the Classifier; boy is he impressive.  All four are possibilies.  I guess it depends if you want clean / dirty, etc?  I'm looking at getting some fair steers out of some PB polled girls. Folks who are way better than me at judging good and bad please pipe in on your opinions.  Are these four bulls close to the same age?  I think Deadliest Catch is a year older?

I too, have my eye on the Herf colored bulls.  Things on my radar tend to be natural dimension, pure muscle, overall stoutness, and eye appeal.  To me, the Campbell bull doesn't come close based off these pictures.  Now, if he's the only non-carrier one of the group, then he's probably the pick of the pen for me.  I'm sure liking the way those carrier cattle look, but at my place, I have too many unknowns to be messing around with known carrier deals...

I do like Big chief, and liked his picture from the SC a couple issues back.  I think the classifier bull is impressive with his shear substance and meat.

In all reality, I'd like to see them in person, or having first hand from a trustable source, could be almost as good in my eyes...

The one that is not mentioned hear and I think he should be is the Chris Black bred Deadliest Catch I know someone else raised him just don't recall their name right now and he is clean. To throw a wrench in this discusion I will say that I used One & Only on PB hereford cows and out of 9 calves only one was black all the others are hereford marked so in my mind he is useful and clean.
I will also tell you that I really like the calves that I got from that mating and the heifers that I kept look good, we will see how they mother in a couple months.

I like to see some natural thickness, not fed on corn fat. If you cut that calf open, he'd be white to the bone.  He jiggles from front to rear, and is fatter than a 2 year old steer.

Yes, he's wide, and yes he's stout, but in all reality, I don't know how you could get such a  young calf, approaching a year old- that fat- or even a better question is why would you want one that fat? Pure fat.

Where did this bull grow up, or who bought him, and where does he live now?

Yup looks like a changer to me. Where else can you find a plain fronted no grow pud with a bad hip and difficult tail head to not breed to your cows? I like him right where he is at. Nowhere near my cattle.

I am pushing the Classifier. He is thick hairy and double clean. He was born in the spring so he is fed just like your current show steer. IDK who bought him, he was sold a few weeks ago on elliotts online sale. He is a monopoly x char x hereford. Also if you dont like fat cattle, better stick to commerical and get out of the show cattle business. Also Bill Elliott is known for raising awesome cattle. check out Texas Twister Smoke a lil smoke. check out all the winners he has sold. He knows how to raise them and consistently make great cattle. Bill is very honest and if he says he is a january I believe it. Heck the bull is almost a year old now. He has balls, he grows better.
