I just wanted to tell everyone on here that last night Dr. Don Good passed away.  He was one of the pioneers over the last 50+ years or so.  Picked the FIRST crossbred steer at a major in 1969.  He will always be remembered as one of the greatest judges of all time.  Although I had never met the man I will always remember his portrait looking down on everyone as they walked into Weber hall on KSU campus.

Thanks for the news Matt.  Sad to hear this but great to remember such a great innovator that could recognize the beneficial changes in a very tradition oriented industry.  We can all stand to learn the ability to embrace the positive changes as Dr. Good did without fear of "what people might say".  Gods speed.
