The selective designation, despite time and time again of notice, gives insight as to what the current ASA management is all about.

or the inability of the database programmers to come up with code that correctly each field consistently or create fields consistently and fill them consistently etc etcasdf

No incentive.  They 'apparently' get paid regardless of the level of service provided.

I had it with Weston Surprise born about 1970. I called the ASA and they dropped the PHA TH designation on him but left the orange on the offspring.

Dennis hoffrogge had 3 calves in 2015 probably cheaper to do the bull than all 3 calves.

Hmmm. Wonder which company tested? Wondered if there is a data base there. I know some weird things can happen. We had a bull that tested weird for th and they decided he was clean. But he threw a th inflicted calf. It turned that since the bull we tested was a TWIN......that somehow booger the test up.

If you search the database long enough you'll find numerous examples that defy logic.

If you took the following example at face value, not only would you have to believe the 885 cow survived a lethal defect but you'd also have to believe she dead ended the trait by producing a PHA free calf.
