Very nice heifer. I really like her straight top line and her substance of bone. The biggest thing I would change is I would like her to be a little deeper bodied. But I do think that will improve some as she matures. You did a good job picking/or breeding her and it looks like a good job showing her as well. Congratulations

I like her length and bone, I would like to see her look a little softer and feminine. I do not know if it is just the picture but she does look like she is a little strait in the front shoulder, and over on her front legs.

Good luck with her and have fun.

She looks awful strait on both ends in the last picture, how old is she currently? I don't want to hurt your feelings any but I really don't like her as a breeding animal, she is tight gutted, and to strait for me, she looks like she may be a little hard doing.
I hope she comes around for you as she matures.
If you are interested in raising breeding heifers, watch and listen to the heifers classes (More than one, each judge is different), see what type is winning and look for that type the next time you buy a heifer. I think I was about 12 when the girl who helped our 4H club made a comment, "cows should look like girls", it stuck with me.
What she meant is, they should be feminine, softer made, smooth shouldered and well pretty.

Well that's what these projects are all about, as long as you have fun and learn, what more could you ask for. Not many come out of the gate with a winner, it usually take time for anyone to learn all that it takes to be successfull. It sounds like you are on your way.

Good luck
