What are your thoughts on this cow?  She is a Power Drive daughter, one of the first Power Drive's to be born off Triple C Farms.

I started showing Simmentals when I was 15.  My first show heifer was a Power Drive daughter.  I have always been a huge Power Drive fan.  This female has a little age on her but she has always produced an outstanding calf every year.  I am considering flushing her this Spring and just wanted everyones opinion on her.  We have someone who is interested in embryos out of her x KCC Saginaw.

We have been in the cattle business for a long time but never done any ET work.  I have a three year old female we purchased from Dillons Simmentals who we are going to flush this spring as well, she is a Triple C Invasion x Kandy Kisses.  Anyway, I have never flushed before so I thought about flushing the Power Drive daughter as well.  Just wanted to see what others thought of her.  Thanks!

Who you going to flush the kandy kisses to? I love that cow! How do you like the Triple C Invasion calves? I hope to put some embryos in sired by him and a blackfoot cow I picked up at the Trauernicht sale in February. I bought two heifers that are calving in the next 30 days to put those embryos in  (thumbsup)

Mo Better or Built Right.  Want bald faces if possible.  Invasion x Kandy Kisses was a dandy combination.  The cow is great.  She won a banner at the only show I took her to, had an In Dew Time calf last year and she has a heifer calf by our Venom son now.

Here's a proven mating with a  Kandy Kisses daugther.  We have an In Dew Time X Kandy.  Her first calf by Built Right was pretty darn good.  Kids show her.  Champion Simmental at the county fair; 2nd in class to reserve grand at the state fair (thought she won her class easily and would've been reserve grand, but that's another story!).  She is one of the best breds we've ever had on the place now, and will calve in about 40 days....debating about putting her on the sale or not. ???  The Kandy Kisses daughter was bred to TNT Everready for the second calf and that calf didn't make the bull cut.  The cow is safe again to Built Right for calf number 3.

Take that for what it's worth.

Thanks for the advice.  I think Built Right would make a good combo on her for sure.  We might just have to go that way for sure!  Do you have pictures of her?  I will post pics of my Kisses daughter later, I like her a lot.

Thanks again.

Did not get a good picture of the heifer at any shows....I'll try to get one in cornstalks.  She is nice.
