I had the opportunity of seeing and handling Time Saver in Denver. I would describe him as moderately framed, and certainly correct enough from a stucture standpoint. If i were going to be very critical i would like to see a bit more natural spring of lower rib, keep in mind he is double bred who and might have been going through a stage when i saw him.I would also like to see him lay in smoother at the point of his shoulder and laid back in the angle of his shoulder. He handled with enough muscle over his top and into his stifle and should add hair to most calves. Will he make steers? I think his best calves will be the daughters but in the right case maybe on the heatseeker and wave lines he could make a suitable show steer. Your job is just finding the cow he works on best. If you wanted my thoughts i would say your more powerfull cows could benefit from this mating. I hope this helps <cowboy>

Look up Meysenburg Show Cattle's website and give Troy a call. There have been some nice ones on THC cows. Sound and good feeding cattle.

We have used him every year for the last five or six years and have never had a hot tempered calf. We have gotten some really nice calves out of him this year.

I had my first time saver this morning.  With the temps hovering around 10, he got up and started nursing quickly.  The dam is a real good pb simmi that also takes care of ber calves.  I will use him again.

Here are a few photos of a timesaver out of a simmi cow @ a couple of days old.  The calf had lots of vigor and was up nursing right away, she had it when it was right around 20 degrees in the woods, unassisted.  I would say he was around 65#.
