What are the top 5,mainly red polled, bulls to sell this year. I spose jungels pen might have a couple. These bulls would have a bwt of 102# or less. Shorthorn.Thanks in advance.

I tried to log onto the jungels website that is listed in the December Shorthorn Country but it didn't work (jungelsshorthornfarm.com). Aj, you mentioned you were taking a pen to Denver. Do you have pics or stats that you could post? I hear Waukaru will have a pen. Does anyone know if JR or Lakeside will have a pen? I'd be curius to see what they're taking (if I don't make the trip in January to see for myself).

No pen for me at Denver... calving starts . Check out our PT sale, I have only a couple of videos posted but should have the rest this week. Bulls, flushes, females both sh and angus influence.
JR Ranch is on the SP board...I heard he was going to Denver?
AJ, has a very uniform group from what I could see back in May, if they were able to narrow that pen down to 4 then, wow.

In addition to the springborns, derek is taking a group of fallborns that are solid red except for a couple if i am remembering the group right. i heard they were up at north star classic in ND so im sure someone that was up there could chime in.

I was thinking Jungels was going to bring like 20 jpj sons. I need a outcross Shorthorn so bad. Maybe I could buy fathead? Sounds like M bar is going with a pen of 3. Jungles bull won Kansas State fair and a deal in Canada. Hopefully I'll bring enough money this time to get a jpj. Sue and GM. We're taking 7 composite bulls out. Pen of five. All but one is th and pha tested free. The one bull th bull is 3-4 short 1-4 Red Angus. Dark red and very club calfy. Sodhouse goverment mule is going but not really for sale. We're keeping him. Full bro to 606 with 88# bwt.Two heifer bull prospects. Pm me and I can send phamplet and a disk or something.

sue's Private Treaty sale is shaping up to be really cool from what I can gather. For those of you that dont want to drive all the way out west, she would be a great option for some out of the box genetics. She justs keeps doin her own thing (clapping)

aj, im pretty sure the fall born bulls are mostly outcross genetics, ie not jpj sons.

I saw those Fall bulls of Jungels, and they were all peas in a pod. Could have all been a little bit thicker and maybe have a little more mass to be a bull that I really like. But over all, a pretty solid pen.

Yes frostback. Sodhouse charlie 802 is a th carrier. I have 10 or more th carrier cows. Charlie had a 86# birth weight and is out of a super Sodhouse Dog Soldier daughter. He was kind of a mistake but he ended up as a bull. Not huge boned and not huge birth weight but someone may use him in the club calf deal. I may go to hell for it I don't know.

Lo Riders dam is Lily and great grandpa said to use the first initial of the cow family's name .... "lily" or some know her as the "hog" .... thus lo rider. Pretty sure my dad named about every bull calf last year...

On another note, just got my shorthorn country and was going thro it per usual and stumbled on Rob's add. All I can say is very nice! The leaves behind 329 sure made for a purty picture! (clapping)
