My daughter has a Shorthorn heifer that she wants to breed to a Main in hopes that she can get a good show steer that will class or a plus heifer. We have a DCC Faultless steer out of a shorthorn cow in the barn that is really nice. He is the right color red and has the correct nose pigment to class shorthorn. I wanted to breed the heifer to Faultless because I like the steer and he obviously can throw some color. His birth weights seem just ok for a heifer but????? Well my daughter found this TPSC Prince bull on a semen site and he comes from some good genetics and has a low birth weight. But I don't know if he throws good color or if he is truly a good heifer bull.. PLEASE HELP!!!
