From those of you that have owned galvanealed steel trailers what are your thoughts and or options as compared to painted steel trailers.  Longevity, would you buy another one, & such. I know aluminum is the preferred way to go, just not in the budget. Thanks.

I've got a 20' gooseneck built in 1994 out of galvaneal. It is painted blue . The only place I had rust issues was on the tubing that the sides are welded to. Just moved to a bigger aluminum trlr this year.

After seeing and helping with Triggs fiberglass trailors for the past several years- I finally found one to buy.  1984, and after powerwashed, shines line new.  One spot of rust right behind the truck tires-- and she's nearly perfect....

been stored outside too!

I think that's the way to go.  give it a check out.
