Trump and Rodeo Drive

Can anyone tell me why they have PMSY in front of there th and pha status. Been trying to figure this out probably something simple that I can't wrap my mind around.

I dunno but im just gonna make a guess.
PMSY has to do with their TH and PHA status being determined by the TH and PHA results of their progeny. I figure since no TH or PHA exams were performed on Trump and Rodeo Drive this is how their statuses were confirmed.
