I have 2 show cows with bull calves at their side and a show heifer getting ready to breed. Yesterday I gave them their vaccinations which was nothing out of the normal vaccination schedule I've had them on: 5cc triangle 10 2cc visions 8 and multi min however the aftermath this time seems to be more dramatic. All cattle seem lethargic and want nothing to do with anyone. Also seems to be a loss of appetite and some definite pain in the injection sights which I've never noticed after vaccinating before at least not to this extent. Could it be they were more stressed out yesterday? I had a cow that pulled back and bent a needle so I can understand a little soreness there.
All vaccines were new and have been kept in proper storage.

MultiMin will do this on occasion.  It needs to be given either deep in the muscle with an 1 1/2 inch needle or completely under the skin with the tent technique.    If it is given any differently,  it can cause a lot of pain.  Don't worry, however,  they will recover completely within a few days.
