I vaccinated my calves at about a week of age with Covexin 8 (7-Way Blackleg with Tetanus). I administered it sub Q in the neck. At nearly two months of age they still have a significant mass at the injection site. It's just like you typically see with an injection of Liquamycin, but seems to be much more persistent. I'm getting a bit concerned about the calves we intend to show, as it is quite noticeable.
Anything I should/could do, or will it slowly recede?
