Want to know what people think of this shorthorn bull

I really think he is a bull that can work in a variety of programs. For sometime we looked for a bull that was calving ease that didn't give it all up. He offers some excellent traits. I will always be a Gizmo fan but like what JPJ has done for us.

If you do a "search" of JPJ, you find all you need to know. I have used him for 3-4 years and haven't had a bad one yet.

i have only bred to him twice...but i would venture to say they are two of the best calves i have ever raised....i've only got one coming next year, but will probably go back and breed everything to him for my 2011 crop...i really like him crossed on my gizmos...

JPJ has been great for us. He sires calves that hit the ground ready for the show ring - lots of style, spring of rib, hair, thickness, and mine have been sound as well. The steer in my avatar is a JPJ and he was Reserve Grand over all breeds at our State Show last Feb. He will downsize larger framed cattle a score or two. I've seen him in person and his pic doesn't really do him any justice.
