Warm winter weather

I live in west Michigan, lake effect snow belt. Today was sunny and 54 degrees. I have had 2 inches of snow that lasted one day so far this year. 56 years old and don't ever remember a winter like this one. I love it except cow lot is becoming a mud lot. Whats the weather been like in your neck of the woods so far this winter?

Well, we had about 3-4 inches of snow on Halloween and the rest (that has amounted to anything) has been rain. In fact, it's currently pouring outside and about 36 degrees..

The past month has been well above on temps.  The ground hasn't froze up much yet which is unusual but it's dry.  It seems that the weather pattern that started middle of June 2011 and went to November is back (we didn't have a inch of rain in that period)   Hopefully it will rain in the spring.
Alaska seems to be getting a little bit of snow!

And...its snowing today!

I live in mid michigan. It just started snowing about an hour ago. Its been raining all day. I hate the mud!

Seemed more like winter her today...finally got some snow

Well Doug, we had 10 inches of snow a week & a half ago then it melted then rained and now we have another 8-10 inches of snow. And the mud is coming overthe top of  my boots when I feed the bull. Guess I'll have to move a little further north.
