We are off to see the Wizard.....and maybe buy a showcalf or 2 along the way.

This is Tony Austin, Weatherford TX. We are going to the in laws in Kansas but my 4 yr old daughter insist on seeing Dorothy's house along the way. She doesn't understand nor care that Liberal Kansas isn't on the way to Cuba KS so we will be road tripping through western Oklahoma, western Kansas etc and I am looking for that good one along the way. I will also be in the Kansas/Nebraska area for several days ready to buy springborns, most of you are familiar with me and my operation, if not visit my website and especially view sold cattle page to get a feel for the level of steers/heifers I buy. All of my contact info is there and I would really appreciate a calf pic of your steer before hand if possible. Please understand I am only looking for those top end steers/heifers, I recently had back surgery and my time in a vehicle must be managed as well as the fact I will have my girls (Landrie Austin/Lynae Beam/Austin) in tow. I am not interested in cattle that are in upcoming bid off's, I am looking to do business the old fashion way. You give me a price or commission option and we both make a profit. Let me know if you have what I am looking for.

We had a bull/steer this spring that would have been just what you needed, but he is already living in Illinois, or at least that is where he went! He may have grown wings by now - who knows.

Know of several good ones close by, just geting broke now and not in a sale lineup yet -- will check on them and let you know -- of ocourse they are in SW Nebraska!

Glad to see your made it to steer planet.  I don't have any worthwhile this year for making a stop, but hopefully next.

Tell the kids there is a nice musuem and all in Wamego, KS all about the Wizard of Oz. Well worth it for them and adults alike and not that all far from the Cuba area.

We have two possibly three nice heifers. We live south of Denver. Don't know if you'd consider coming this way or not.
