Weight Gain

I have a bull calf that was born late April that I was hoping to show at our local fair. The fair begins August 31st. This last week we have had some crazy weather, and our bull calf came down with pneumonia and hard. He seems to be breathing better, but has lost a bunch of weight. Any suggestions on how to get him to gain some weight and look muscular again before fair?
