Tarentase, I showed a steer 1 year and it looked like that. Meanest calf to try and break

I thought  they were Tarentaise but the blonde hair on the muzzle  and the hyper muscularity make these animals one of the relatives of the Tarentaise the Parathenaise: http://ulsterparthenaise.co.uk/.  The blond hair would disqualify these bulls from the Tarentaise registry in France.

These cattle compete with the Belgian Blue the Charolais Culard, the Limousin, the Blonde D'Aquitaine etc. in Europe when breeding dairy cows to get a high yielding carcass out of dairy cows.

The cattle you are asking about in the video are Parthenaise. They are similar in colouring to Aubracs but are bigger with more expressive muscling. If you google Sansonnet you will find one of the sires that is popular within the breed.
