What is th cheapest calf that you have done the best with in the show ring with?

Paid 600 for a Double Stuff x WMW heifer calf once... Run her as a shorthorn for two summers at the county fairs (no such thing as a plus), was so "different" she went undefeated for 2 summers (about 5 shows each summer). Now, she produces our most expensive steer calf every year!

What is th cheapest calf that you have done the best with in the show ring with?
