My mom makes a scalloped corn and oysters dish that sounds disgusting, but is wonderful. That's my favorite.

Ham and also mashed potatoes. I usually make a impromptu sandwich with a roll, ham, corn, and mashed potatoes.

that's how we cook are turkey and they are GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!
