What should I breed her to

I am looking for some opinions on what I should breed her to. My original thought was something maternal that I could keep the heifer calves. The end result I am looking for is raising club calves. She is a cookie monster(full flush x meyer 734) x maine. She had a I80 heifer 10 days ago that I hope I can keep.

First off very nice cow. Now I would consider some PB Simmental. She is already a mix and some more stable genetics would make some nice heifers, still might get a decent steer also.

I'm not sure if chopper Goes back to Meyer but If not I would go chopper for maternal. For clubby heat wave or walks alone.

I like the man amongst boys idea. Anybody have any ideas on the maternal side. I think you are right that simmi would get me to where I want to go. I wouldn't mind a little more power. Any more ideas.

Really nice heifer. Did she come from Martin Livestock? Do you have a picture of her I-80 calf?

Breed her to Man Among Boys for clubbie. Use something Meyer for maternal like Maximus, RSVP, or Radar.

Ya she came from martin livestock. I dont have any decent pics of the calf. Its a little early to tell but I think the calf might have some potential.

You should try Brad Hooks bull POWER 2 CHANGE-high % simmi,baldy,easy calving,$50 sexed heifer semen.I would be all over that bull if he was available to Canada.

Which lot was she?

I am not sure how the Whizards are working on something with 734 but we have 4 Whizards now and I am happy with each of them. All 4 were under 80 lbs and born easy. He seemed to square them up if they needed it and maybe some bone. Time will tell how they mature. These were either Maine Angus or Maine Simmy heifers.

We used a bout a dozen straws of sexed Power 2 change and a handful more either sex semen on heifers. Should have the first couple in a couple weeks we hope....... Know the family that raised him, they have several heifers out of him and like them very well..... He threw some steers that have done well at a couple bigger shows as well. Good maternal
