Almost all of our cows are moderate to large framed cows, th clean.  Our cows are out of cheap trick, hot line totaly tuned, etc.  Trying to find what to use on them to help down size and keep clubby.  we used monopoly on some with success, but tried some new bulls this year and not having much luck with getting cows to settle.  Just appreciate some opinions

Thanks
Aaron

On the larger framed cows I really like Duramax. He can take a hard ribbed average cow and bring her to the right size and really soften them up. Some of your more moderate cows I would recommend Warrant. I realize Warrant is a double carrier but on clean cows you could really like the results. I hope this helps.

I am trying  Walks on Water. Walks Alone is probably better, but I think either would be good.

we are trying walks alone, but we were told not to be fooled by his body type, that with his pedigree he might not down size the calves.
thanks for all the comments so far.

Walks Alone will not make them smaller or softer. Who's Destiny is not a small bull. Look how much straw they have him standing in for his promotional picture. As far as any of the 09 class of bulls, it's anyone's guess what their calves will be frame wise or quality.

How about DeJaVu? All the calves we showed out of him showed at 50.25-51 inches which is perfect in my opinion of that class 4 aob in houston where the heat is

I like Proud Jazz on upper moderate to large framed cattle. He will bring them down a frame score or two as well as give them plenty of guts and thickness. We have a heifer out of JPJ and a Yahtzee/Witchdoctor cow that is a tank.

Anyone have any or seen any Who's Destiny calves? I assume that Pryor's will have some to look @ this fall.

Did anyone have any Chopper calves? There should be a # of them on the ground. Not hearing about any though.
