It would be interesting to know what has happened to some of them,I was in Denver last year and didn't see but about 70% of the bulls on the list from last year. What I find interesting is how few of them get mentioned on here, I know that some of it is self promotion and the bulls from last year we are waiting to see what their first calf crop looks like. But in each list there are just a hand full that get very much use.

Good post!

I knew these videos existed and I thought I had watched them all. But I missed the Fully Automatic video. Wow is he different from the pic. He looked so sweet in the pic then the video proved it wrong. It is so hard to breed to brand new bulls like that. For example, In my opinion, I thought Point Takens video (I have been on record saying I really like him) blows Monopolys video out of the water (my opinion, no need for argument) and although i have had some PT's that were really good, Monopoly is going to go down as one of the top 5 clubby bulls of all time. So hard to pic the next great one at a year old! Heck if you could, we would all win a lot more jackpots because they are the same age as our steers. We all need to remember, a lot of these bulls could have been great, just didnt get promoted right and used on enough cows to find what they really click with (An example is the blond bull Moonshine. I thought he couldve been great. Saw one calf that sold high and the only calf I saw out of him). I am real glad we get to see the videos though because although they arent walking getting a rear view, actual good look at the legs and a top view really changes breeding decisions! (lol)

Shame you have an opinion...  Someone should tell you those kind of cows are nothing but hard doing, poor performing, and pretty much worthless.  Course, after they tell you their genetics, you realize they are trying to raise the wrong cow in the wrong environment= but in any regard, I think the whole populations needs condemned.

So there are 2 bulls from those videos I would like to know if anyone used them or seen them, videos didn't give you much of a look, #1 Hypnotic (2007) and #2  Shaggy Swagger (2010). How interesting is it that all of those bulls were promoted and we don't here or see much of them again. Of course there were several that were registered bulls that we may not here a much about.
