Well we all should have a few of our AI projects on the ground.  Who have you been using that really has thrown some good ones???

We have had a couple Salute calves we like.  Monopoly has really surprized us.  His first calf was a Charolais cross, we really hated.  But the rest have really nicked.  Besides the rat tail wonder heifer, the Heatwaves have really impressed.

Mine has been my Hard Core heifer. Perhapes the best we've raised. The little Triple X steer is going to be pretty good too. I'm looking forward to my Money Man calves later this month. The farm had a nice Red Vision steer out of a Habanero x Wild Rose x Foreplay cow.

I have a couple of Texas Hold Em (Habeger) out of our Draft Pick Donor that look really nice.  1st we have tried this bull and I like what I see.  Also have a pretty nice Ali hfr on a ImprintXAn 1st claf heifer that was born Wed..  Expecting quite a few Sunseekers in the next 2 weeks.  I liked them last year, hope it comes through again

Have liked the looks of our Money Man calves so far.  Used him on Kadabra 1st and 2nd calf heifers.  They're just a couple of days old so hard to tell yet but very vigorous which is nice in this weather.  We're all about the heifer/cow side of the business at our place.  It's a nice suprise to get a good steer but we really concentrate on the female side.  Looking forward to seeing these calves in about six weeks.

One of the most anticipated calves ever to be born on our farm got here Sat. morning. A really nice ET heifer calf sired by HD Bloodstone out of the CF Lucky Charm 255 cow. She's mostly white with a little red on the upper part of her neck and head      ( looks just about like her mother if you've seen her). I'll post some pics as soon as I get some.

Can't wait to see the little gal.  That is a really exciting mating.  Bloodstone is a super good young sire.  I was up at Hahn's last summer and they has a really impressive set of calves out of him, and he's crankin out champions for just about everyone that is using him.

We had some really nice Almost Famous calves. I was very surprised by his consistancy. Big boned, lots of hair, good depth. I stepped out of "the box" and tried Manchild. I only used him on three select females. Had two heifer calves out of the three. What a shocker this was. They were really awesome. Now I admitt, I just can't get used to the color. But, I guess, I have to. These two heifers have tons of hair, big boned, and a load of style. I still reserve judgement on all, since they are just turning a month old. I will post pics soon and let you all be the judge.

That is an awesome pairing.....I would go as far as saying that is my "dream" mating.  I will be anxious to see the pictures.
