Have you used "Winning Fill" for your show steers or heifers?  At what stage do you use it?  How long do you use it?  Did it work for you?

Love it! Started using it about 30 days ago to leave for a show tomorrow. Adds the fill.

Yes Ive used it for a couple of years.  It is good for feeding longterm when you are holding or trying to increase volume.

At a show, Full Tank is better at making one look full.

Great product but all depends on what your using it for. Works great to get calvesback on feed but if your looking for a filler there's others product that help a lot more

Great product. Calves love it. We have fed it just as an stimulant for calves appetites. One large handful per calf twice a day seems to make them want to eat more and will supply all of the roughage that a calf really needs  while pushing.

We used full tank a couple yrs ago and worked well. But last yr switched to expando and blew the doors off anything we have ever used before! But u can't use to much cause it will take away from from otheir other feed intake.

I will agree with you.  expando works wonders. I have also used Rumifill with good results

used winning fill, bought 10 bales of it and i dont think it really made all the much of a difference on my breeding heifers.
EXPANDO on the other hand, worked wonders! i love that stuff and it is way easier than using beet pulp or anything like that.

We have great luck with Show Tec Rumifil.  We have used Winning Fill and still do but not an a everyday basis.  Remember, its mostly ground grass hay with some flavor and feed additives.  I like to get them used to it at home because it seams if one does not want to eat at a show they will eat Winning Fill.  Really good grass hay at home that they just can't stop eating can do wonders at home.  But we're showing Angus heifers most of the time so adding cover or performance is not an issue like the clubby genetics or some of the other breeds.

All of the products have a place.  Just need to experiment and see what accomplishes what you want to do.
