Who does he work for & what division?

Cargill is my word

My dad works for Carriage House Companies,  it is the largest private food label company in North America.  There process all sorts of products including peanut butter, jelly, cereals.  He is the head of production scheduling for all of the companies holdings.  He basically schedules who produces what, when, and how much is produced.  Interestingly his degree in college was Animal Science from Cornell University.
