Here are a few of the improvements I got done this week, some not so noticable as the others

Message Preview - Scroll your mouse over thread title and it will show you part of the first post
Mod Rewrite of urls - instead of having a message id#, all messages have a pretty url that includes the topic
Let me know if have any suggestions for more great ideas.
