Please Help biting flies!!

We are having trouble with the biting flies getting one of show heifers. We have put Cylence on her. Do you know of thing we can put up in the barn to get rid of them?  I am also needing to put something on her to get rid of her scabs. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help. It's getting big show time.
