Monopoly, Walks alone, and heat wave. Hands down. I would highly consider Smilin Bob. That prospect steer of Kroupa's in Denver was AMAZING! Best calf I have ever seen. Eye candy honestly jut doesn't give the calves enough. There's a reason he doesn't have as many winners as other bulls. Especially with all the semen being used. He is crazy overrated.

Experience tells me other wise, and also to others who know what they are talking about.

It's funny, you ask for breeding suggestions on your cows for 2 months and you seem to have taken none of our advice....

99 times out of 100 when a calf sired by an Angus bull is in a pen with clubbies you will not pick the angus sired calf. and monopoly is out of an angus cow, not an angus sire. [/quote
I think this is absurd, and I have raised clubbys for a long long time. The original debate was a angus sired calf from a clubby bred heifer. I will agree that a majority of ppl will pick out a clubby calf, but it will be nowhere near 99%. You can get some dang good calves by occ legend or northern improvement on clubby bred females that can look great and sell awesome.

when you walk into a club calf pen looking to buy something to win the fair are you going to buy a purbred angus or you going to buy a I80 calf?

I would stay far away from Texas tornado. He looked terrible in Denver on that front end.

What is Hollywood breeding?? Any pics?
Heat wave x draft pick I'm pretty sure
That's any interesting match for color. Anyone have any opinion on Texas Tornado? [/ Here is his promo pic. He is as impressive and sound as a bull in person a you will find. I have no affiliation with the bull but Adam Pryor has had tons of success with him.
DONT USE HIM LOOK AT HOW THEM FRONT FEET STICK STREIGHT TO THE SIDE!!

I don't have any pictures, but you will see some here and there in catalogs and almost always have paint on them. He calves like a typical heat wave son I would say. Moderate to higher bws.
