I've heard of people putting peanut butter in the bottom of their show stick and keeping it infront of the pig so he looks up at the stick,
or you can raise the drinker and feeder so they are always looking up for feed and water instead of down at the ground.

I've have heard of people putting vaseline  on the end of their pigs nose.  They don't like the smell so they keep their head up.

When you walk them at home, walk them through tall grass and they'll want to keep their heads up out of the grass, or use marshmallows and hold them out in front of them.
