Hey Brad,

What were the final results of the DNA testing to prove parentage?  Also, were you able to register him Maine?

Thanks,

bump

Sorry folks......wasn't meaning to ignore you......just hadn't clicked on this subject for a while.  Thanks to those who brought it to my attention!  Been stuck in my office editing calf videos for a LONG time!

GOOD NEWS!......it's OVER!   We were notified by the Chi Assoc. a while back that the pedigree that was stated in the above posts is correct. My Turn remains a registered Chi with the original reg. number that was given to him.

For those of you asking about him being registered as a Mainetainer.......I don't think he can be, but I'm checking with the Maine Assoc. TODAY, just to be sure.

When you view the My Turn progeny in the sales this fall.....think about the batting average of units used to calves that made sales.  I'm sure My Turn runs a distant third in semen sales....but could very well be the LEADER in CONSISTENCY!

Thanks to you all for your patience. Brad.

thanks for the update, going to have have to use a few straws in the spring.

His birthday can't be right.  His sire was  born in '04, My Turn in '05?  I saw him in '07 in Denver...

Sorry I left early yesterday morning to video at Dr. Jeff Holmes and didn't get home until later last night.  BTW.....that's a heck of a set of heifers!

Must be a typo on the website.  My Turn was born in 2006 and displayed in Denver 2007, one of the coldest EVER.  -6 to -8 degrees EVERY morning we walked out of the hotel.

Brad have you taken alook @ the link above's listed pedigree? Is it correct now? B/C there are things not quite right about some of the other info. Thanks

Just videoed a couple for Goretskas Online sale today that were awesome.  On steer out of a Throttle g'daughter that was as stout as I've seen for a while.  Watch for those videos and you'll see what I mean.
