Seeking info on using an 11 day Lute protocol (2 shots, 11 days apart and breed on visual heat about three days later.
I have a cow I would like to breed Angus that may be bred to another bull. Long story short< I had to wait about a month on the Angus semen and missed the time for another January calf.
Though I look at them twice a day, I have seen no heat from her. She calved January 16 so she should have cycled and is likely bred.
Is it likely to have her abort the short pregnancy and then come back in heat (and conceive) after the second shot?
