Wish I had been there-wish that Angus guy who was on SP running down Shorthorns and Herefords had been there too-the crossbreds are just out of control in quality-but 4 British breds stood up -one OUTSTANDING Hereford-and 3 Shorthorns-out a total of the 9 top steers : and there were some very good AOBS,and another very good Hereford too etc. Thanks again for the videos:and your general good will for the exhibitors in general-as referenced by the Illinois state fair announcer-I for one dont take those videos for granted AT ALL:hope you pick up the slack this year at Denver. Im talking about the PROMO bulls-somebody needs to go down the line and video each one-Cattle.com seems to have lost interest or whatever-but alot of people want to see them-ALL OF THEM;I think it would be pretty presumptuous of any owners not wanting them on video yatta yatta O0

I tried to do something live in the yards this year but wasn't allowed unfortunately.

Jeff Schroeder with cattle.com had provided excellent footage in the past. He did a great job!  He would still be doing it if it was allowed. I know that he tried really hard to continue...but got shot down.

By the way, I don't personally know Jeff.  I just know the details of why he or nobody else is allowed to video the promo bulls.

I didnt know the reason that the videos stopped, just that they were anticipated by alot of people. There a couple years ago another guy posted some and the guy from Cattle .com had a few things to say. They really did a good job there for several years. It seems like the bureaucrats at Denver come up with some really assinine stuff-I had a senior yearling with a calf at side one year and they wouldnt let me follow her 20-30 feet from the makeup area to the ringside entrance to the stands-just petty stuff like that O0
