I'm going to look at some heifer calves. They are WMW, Ali, and Meyer sired. Which ones would be the best to get started with on a clubby point of view? They are angus on the cow side. Thanks

the WMW would probally be best for CLUBBY cows. How ever the meyers would be the best cows and be able to produce clubby calves. The Alis wouldnt be bad cows either.. So I would say any of them would work.

Don't concern yourself with the sires.  Look at the mamas of those heifers first.  Evaluate the cows, then compare with the calves.  For Club Calf production, look for square angles, straight lines, excessive bone, muscle and hair, along with deep bodies in both the cow and calf.  Buy only a heifer which has the phenotype you desire in your future calves.  Regardless of the sires you use, expect to have some calving problems, and little milk production.  Welcome to the Club Calf business.
