He was extremely impressive in the ring - I'd have to say as good one as I've seen.  I thought the Copus steer would be awfully tough to get around, but that one did it.

I looked at pics. WOW is all I can say. The grand is groomed to the T. Those legs are amazing. He looks tough in pictures.

So, looking through the pictures, the auction is over. How much did she get for her steer (since she paid 60,000, correct?)?

How do you make any money???

Joshua, the grand weighed 1335 and the reserve weighed 1320 - they both came out of class 8.

He was a My Turn x De Ja Vu cow.

I was editing videos at home......watching it on liveauctions.tv webstream......texting back and forth with Goretska's.

After he won Division 2, and I started getting phone calls about how good he looked, I grabbed my camera's and went down to KC and filmed, hoping to capture MY TURN's first MAJOR win with a steer......and I did!

I viewed the raw footage last night and you guys are gonna love this video series.  Hope to get started on it later in the week.

Saw him un fit and he was the real deal.  Huge bone/legs and sound, Pretty enough and lots of muscle.  Complete is the best word to describe him.

Great looking set of steers.  Sorry I missed the show.

Does anyone know the story on the Reserve Champion Steer picture in the sale.

There are three nuns in the picture.  Are they related to the family?  Was a portion of the sale donated to them?  I am sure there is a good story behind the photo.
Little sisters of the poor is one of the charities some of the buyers donate meat to.
