I wqtched on LA.tv.  I think the top show heifer sold for 8000 but some sold under 3000.  The cows and bred heifers were pretty cheap I thought most brought between 1200 and 1500.  Didn't see the offering in person so I don't know what they looked like.  I know the auctioneer kept saying the cattle hadn't been pushed very hard.

After making the trip up almost daily for the past two weeks to help get females ready, I sure did go to the sale :D.  Top selling female was lot 1A (6807 daughter) for $11,000.  Show prospects, for the most part, sold very well for their first sale in Nebraska.  I believe they averaged right around the $2,000-$2,250 mark; Some higher, some lower.  Personal favorites of the sale included lot 10 (EXT daughter), lot 1A (6807) and lot 7A (Owhyee).  Donors I felt sold well too, I know the double bred Primrose 2424 had quite a few eyes on her, can't recall her price though.  Bred heifers I believe went fairly cheap averaging around the $1,800 mark from what I heard (I was outside blowing cattle off before they went in the ring, so I only heard the price on a few).  This being their first female sale since their move, I was impressed with the turn out at the barn, as well as the amount of bids off LiveAuctions.  Overall, I would venture to say it was a success.
