anyone ever try grazing this stuff?

i have a patch behind the house, i have mowed weekly all year-- and it will grow about 2 foot in a week's time with about a tenth of rain, or just peeing on it.

This time of year don't eat it yourself.  Catch it at the first growths in the spring till about early June and cut close to ground when it gets about 8 inches tall.

When it gets big and woody, with all the branches coming out of it, I will cut it and give to my sheep and the cow.  They all seem to really like it...it is usually cleaned up in about a minute.  Not sure if they just eat it because the assume everything that ever meets my hand is food, or what...mine will actually graze it if they get out long enough to find it(dog included, but she is just plain weird).  one ewe will go straight to it when I let the ewes and little lambs out to graze and stretch their legs.
